Key Responsibilities:
1-Customer Service:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.

2-Team Management:Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates.
Schedule and assign tasks to team members.
Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

3-Inventory Management:Monitor and maintain proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
Conduct regular stock checks, restocking, and replenishment activities.
Coordinate with suppliers for product orders and deliveries.

4-Visual Merchandising:Maintain an attractive and organized store layout and display.
Create eye-catching product displays to attract customers.
Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.

5-Sales and Revenue:Drive sales and achieve sales targets.
Promote special promotions and upsell products to increase revenue.
Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer preferences.

6-Store Operations:Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
Manage cash registers, handle transactions, and reconcile daily sales.

7-Reporting:Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Share performance insights and recommendations with the management team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
