The French TGT will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in promoting linguistic and cultural diversity, fostering international understanding, and preparing students for global citizenship through proficiency in the French language and appreciation of French culture.

**Key Responsibilities ( French TGT)**:
1. **Teaching French Language**: The primary responsibility is to teach French language and literature to students according to the curriculum prescribed by CBSE. This involves planning and delivering lessons, conducting assessments, and evaluating students' progress in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in French.

2. **Curriculum Development**: Developing and designing lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with the CBSE curriculum and educational standards while integrating aspects of French language and culture.

3. **Language Proficiency**: Ensuring students attain proficiency in the French language by employing various teaching methodologies such as immersive language learning, interactive sessions, audio-visual aids, and language games.

4. **Assessment and Evaluation**: Conducting regular assessments to gauge students' language proficiency and comprehension. Providing constructive feedback to students and parents on their progress and areas for improvement.

5. **Classroom Management**: Ensuring a conducive learning environment by managing classroom discipline, encouraging active participation, and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for language learning.

**Requirements**:
Ideally B2 Level or above in French. Must have prior experience working as a French Teacher or a similar role in the educational field. Must have an excellent ability to converse in French Language and possess time management skills.
