We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused **Front Desk Receptionist** to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and seamless experience. If you enjoy engaging with people, have a warm personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc
**Requirements**:
- Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
