**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive eye exams including refraction, vision assessment, and binocular vision evaluation.
- Record detailed patient history with focus on ocular and systemic health.
- Perform diagnostic tests (IOP measurement, slit-lamp evaluation, keratometry, etc.).
- Counsel patients on spectacle lenses, contact lenses, and other optical solutions.
- Decide on and perform pupil dilation before specialist examination.
- Assist ophthalmologists in clinical procedures and pre/post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records.
- Provide guidance on eye health, preventive care, and lifestyle advice.
- Support hospital eye camps and outreach programs if required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome; prior clinical experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of refraction, ocular diseases, and diagnostic instruments.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
