Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities:Corporate Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable for corporate activities.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filings in accordance with corporate laws.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting for corporate projects.
- Perform audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Monitor and report on cash flow and financial performance.

**NGO Responsibilities**:

- Manage grant accounting, donor reporting, and fund tracking.
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and reporting standards.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports for donor submissions and audits.
- Track and allocate restricted and unrestricted funds accurately.
- Support in managing fundraising revenue and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with program teams to align financial and operational objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA certification preferred).

- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and Excel.
- Familiarity with corporate financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

Pay: ₹11,084.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
