*Job duties and responsibilities: *

Record transactions related to accounts including sales, purchases, etc.

Record transactions and track accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Summarizes current financial status by collecting information,preparing
balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.

Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Maintain financial security by following internal controls.

Supervise and guides the bookkeeping of staff by coordinating activities and
answering question.

Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.

Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
; Preparing reports.

Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, as applicable under TDS regulations.

Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, as applicable under GST regulations.

Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, as payroll regulations.

Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping
financial information confidential.

Handle accounting for multiple clients.

*Relevant skills and knowledge*

Through knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
Working knowledge of TDS and GST including the filing of returns.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Excellent organizational and time management skills(Deadlines-Oriented)
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Education and Experience Requirements.
Impressive oral and written communication skills.
Ability in work in a team environment.

*Education and Experience Requirements: *

Bachelor's/post-Graduae degree in accounting, taxations,
financial, or related field

3-5+ years of experience in the fields of Account and taxation

Experience in handling multiple entities is preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
