Key Responsibilities:

- Data Modeling and Analysis:

- Develop predictive models to identify early signs of cognitive decline, emotional

distress, and disengagement.
- Build behavioral analytics models to understand patterns of user interaction and

engagement.
- Recommendation Systems:

- Design and deploy personalization algorithms that suggest relevant cognitive

exercises, social activities, or community groups.
- Data Exploration and Visualization:

- Create data dashboards for product teams, researchers, and caregivers to track user

trends, cognitive health scores, and platform engagement.
- Collaboration with Researchers:

- Work closely with academic and healthcare research partners to validate models and

ensure alignment with the latest cognitive science findings.
- A/B Testing and Model Optimization:

- Design experiments and tests to validate algorithms and fine-tune models for

performance, fairness, and accuracy.
- Data Engineering and Pipeline Management:

- Collaborate with engineers to build data pipelines for real-time and batch processing

of structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure Data Privacy & Ethics:

- Implement data processing practices that adhere to HIPAA, GDPR, and other privacy

regulations.
- Ensure the ethical use of data, minimizing bias in algorithms and recommendations.
**Qualifications**:

- Education**:

- Bachelor’s or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related

fields.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
- Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and time-series modeling.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data pipelines (e.g., Airflow, Kafka)

is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
- Expertise in building recommendation systems or predictive models is a strong

**advantage.**
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product

managers, engineers, and researchers.
- Passion for improving mental well-being through data-driven solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
