**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually compelling design assets that align with **brand identity and marketing objectives**.
- Create **graphics for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)**, including product images, banners, and A+ content.
- Design **engaging visuals for digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Ads)** to enhance conversion rates.
- Capture, edit, and enhance **high-quality product images** to improve brand presentation.
- Design **packaging, brochures, banners, and marketing materials** for both online and offline promotions.
- Create **illustrations and infographics** to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Work closely with **marketing and content teams** to develop innovative branding strategies.
- Ensure **design consistency** across all digital and print materials.
- Utilize **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva** for high-quality designs.
- Maintain a well-organized **design portfolio** showcasing creative expertise.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva**.
- Strong **portfolio showcasing creative design skills** and past projects.
- Ability to **collaborate with cross-functional teams** and translate ideas into visuals.
- Strong **attention to detail, creativity, and innovative design thinking**.
- Understanding of **branding principles, digital marketing visuals, and e-commerce design requirements**.
