**About the Role**:
We are actively hiring **Experienced Tax Associates** with 2-3 years of U.S. tax experience to join our growing team in **Hyderabad**. This role focuses on preparing and reviewing **Forms 1040 (HNI)**, **1065 (Real Estate, Multistate, Construction)**, and **1120 (Corporate)** using tools like **CCH Axcess**, **SurePrep**, **Caseware**, or **Engagement**.

**Face-to-Face Drive Details**:
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Date**: August 2nd and 3rd (Friday & Saturday)
**Mode**: In-Person Interviews (Face-to-Face)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns:

- **1040 - High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI)** using **CCH Axcess** and **SurePrep**:

- **1065 - Real Estate, Multistate, Construction** using **CCH Axcess** or **Caseware/Engagement**:

- **1120 - Corporate tax returns**, with knowledge of **OIT** preferred
- Ensure compliance with current U.S. tax laws and deadlines.
- Review tax documentation and workpapers.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Support tax planning initiatives and process improvements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of U.S. tax preparation experience.
- Proficiency in **CCH Axcess**, **SurePrep**, **Caseware**, or **Engagement**.
- Knowledge of U.S. federal and multistate tax regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPA or CPA pursuit is a plus.
