We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing compelling and persuasive written content for various marketing and advertising materials. Your words will play a critical role in capturing our target audience's attention, conveying brand messages, and driving engagement and conversions. We are looking for someone with exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for crafting engaging narratives. If you have a strong command of language and the ability to adapt your writing style to different mediums and target audiences, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, industries, competitors, and target audience to ensure accurate and compelling content.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates key messages and aligns with brand voice and tone.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency, ensuring error-free and polished final deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of written materials.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing workload to deliver high-quality content on time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a Copywriter or similar role, preferably in an advertising agency, marketing department, or creative environment.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples and the ability to adapt writing style to different industries and target audiences.
- Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce error-free and polished written content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for writing web content that is both user-friendly and search engine optimized.
- Proficiency in conducting research to gather information on various topics and industries.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using content management systems, project management tools, and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
