Full-Time Store Incharge **Furniture Manufacturing Industry Related** Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the custom furniture warehouse, including the organization, storage, and retrieval of furniture.
- Oversee and coordinate the receiving, stocking, and distribution of all custom furniture.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse, including safety and security of the facility.
- Develop and implement procedures for efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing a custom furniture warehouse.
- Proficient in inventory management software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.

Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, health benefits, and vacation/sick time. The exact salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
