Assessment & Evaluation Prepare quizzes, tests, and assignments to evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve. Analyze assessment data to adjust teaching strategies. Prepare students for standardized tests (e.g., SAT, ACT, state exams). 3. Classroom Management Maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. Establish classroom rules and ensure discipline. Encourage participation and teamwork in problem-solving activities. 4. Student Support & Development Offer extra help through tutoring or office hours. Identify students struggling with math and provide necessary interventions. Encourage critical thinking, logical reasoning, and analytical skills. 5. Professional Development & Collaboration Stay updated with the latest math teaching techniques and curriculum changes. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators. Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions. 6. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate student records (grades, attendance, progress reports). Communicate regularly with parents about student performance. Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
