We are looking for a well-educated inbound and outbound Tele Sales account manager to be responsible for converting leads into sales over the telephone for Solar Galaxy Pty Ltd
(Australia). The Tele Sales account manager’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers and focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, products, competitors’ information, and customers reactions.
A successful tele sales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
- **Sales Account Manager Responsibilities**:
- Initiating sales conversations with leads over the phone
- Asking the right questions to engage customers and building rapport and qualify hot leads
- Listening to the customers' needs and providing tailored solutions
- Confirming all site-specific factors to give and providing accurate quotes to client an ensuring high profitability for our company
- Maintain all client Records and conversations in CRM
- Notifying all types leads to Team leader
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products and technologies
- Making sure all documents are complete for every sale including a signed contract,
Xero Invoice, a complete meter board picture, electricity bill, any specific customer requests from installer and job form
- Chasing customer payments and contacting clients for reviews and referrals post installation
- Cold data calling when there are no warm leads
- Gather and reporting competitor’s quotes and current market information
- Providing lead quality feedback to senior management each month
- Passing on all relevant details to operations team for timely and on budget project delivery and client satisfaction
- Meeting sales targets and KPI’s every month of 15 sales, 150 kWs, 2 Batteries and 5 commercial leads generation
- Training new team members to best of your ability
- Maintain a good professional behaviour in the office including office attire
- Coming timely to office and communicating about sick leave and holidays timely and with enough notice to reporting manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Active listener and spontaneous thinker
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- Proven past tele sales experience
- Working knowledge of basic computer software’s including MS-Office
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
- Strong Negotiation skills and highly organised
- Punctual, Responsible and Reliable
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent from a reputed university
- Minimum 2 years past Tele Sales Experience
- Previous Managerial experience will be preferred
- **Salary and Perks**:
- Rs.15,000+/month Basic + Rs. 750 Commission per sale + Bonus from 15 sales onwards.
