**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic **Captain / Senior Server** to lead our service team at Firgun Experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day guest service operations, maintaining high standards of hospitality, training junior staff, and driving customer satisfaction and sales performance in line with Firgun's values.
**Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:Guest Engagement & Service Excellence**
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Take personalized orders, understand guest preferences.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction rating of 4.7/5 or above.
- Collect service feedback and ensure 80%+ guest interaction.
**Order Management & Coordination**
- Take and punch orders accurately into the POS.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food delivery.
- Ensure 98%+ order accuracy and max 15-minute delivery time.
**POS & Billing Oversight**
- Process all bills using POS systems.
- Train team on POS usage and ensure 100% billing accuracy.
- Handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
**Table Setup & Hygiene Compliance**
- Set up and maintain tables before and during service.
- Ensure compliance with 100% hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
- Supervise cleaning routines and sanitization of café areas.
**Team Supervision & Training**
- Lead service team and assign duties efficiently.
- Conduct monthly training sessions.
- Maintain 85%+ service staff efficiency.
- Track performance and assist new staff in onboarding.
**Inventory & Stock Management**
- Monitor service inventory including tableware and supplies.
- Conduct weekly audits and ensure zero essential shortages.
- Reduce wastage to below 5% through tracking and planning.
**Sales Maximization & Brand Representation**
- Promote daily specials and high-margin items (upselling).
- Engage at least 50% of guests with recommendations.
- Maintain professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Represent the Firgun brand with warmth and hospitality.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in café or restaurant service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on POS and order management experience.

- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and passion for hospitality.
