We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Junior UI/UX & Graphic Designer** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their design career who is eager to grow and gain hands-on experience working across digital product and marketing design.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and marketing to create intuitive and visually appealing UI screens, interactive prototypes, and eye-catching marketing materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with product managers and developers to create user-friendly UI screens and interfaces.
- Build wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using **Figma** or **Adobe XD**.
- Assist in designing and improving user journeys and flows.
- Contribute to design system components and maintain design consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver creative assets.
- Design **digital and print marketing collaterals** including brochures, banners, social media creatives, and infographics.
- Help produce **short promotional videos** and other visual content.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

**Requirements**:
**Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Good presentation skills.
- Should be able to travel for business purposes.
- Should have knowledge about UI/UX design principles, front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), motion design principles, micro-interactions, user research methods, and usability testing.
- Strong proficiency in the following design tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, Premier Pro), Figma, Fusion 360.

**Expected Qualification**:

- Completed Bachelor or Master degree with **minimum 7.0 CGPA** in one of the below disciplines:

- Industrial Design
- UI/UX design
- Graphic Design
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Maximum **total experience** should not exceed **1 year**.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI designs and graphic design work.**Benefits**:
