Prt Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Teaching**:

- Plan and deliver lessons according to the curriculum.
- Create engaging and creative lesson plans to stimulate learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, structured, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Foster an atmosphere of respect and cooperation among students.
- Address any disruptive behavior promptly and effectively.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Regularly assess students' progress and understanding.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep track of students' academic progress and communicate concerns to parents or guardians.
- **Student Development**:

- Support the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of students.
- Implement activities to encourage critical thinking and creativity.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication skills.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other teachers and school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
- Submit reports on student progress and achievements.
- **Classroom Resources**:

- Ensure that the classroom is well-stocked with necessary materials and resources.
- Use educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
- **Professional Development**:

- Continuously improve teaching skills through professional development opportunities.
- Stay updated on educational trends, methods, and technology.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
