**Responsibilities**:

- Teach accounting courses for students who have completed B.Com
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that are aligned with the curriculum and meet the needs of students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, case studies, and group projects.
- Assess student learning through exams, quizzes, and other assignments.
- Provide feedback to students on their work and help them to succeed in the course.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest accounting developments and trends.
- Participate in departmental meetings and activities.
- Represent the department to students, faculty, and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification or eligibility.
- 3+ years of teaching experience at the college level.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to student success.
