JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent in this role will Increase the capability of the organization in creating business value from better data visualizations across Data Science, Analytics and BI. Some of the key activities include:

- Advise teams on data visualization best practices in data analysis, information display and UI/UX design
- Support the work of data engineers, data scientists and translators to create/improve data visualizations, dashboards and reports
- Build capabilities of CoE and business colleagues about data visualization and using relevant tooling effectively
- Analyze data using the latest web analytics and business intelligence techniques
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to enable business to make data-driven decisions

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- More than 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Web Analytics working in agile teams
- Highly skilled working with data visualization/BI/reporting tools (PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView,Sisense,etc.)
- Technical expertise in database development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to analyze and configure automated reporting processes (using tools)
- Several years of experience in the development and training of other colleagues (experienced and junior)
