**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Generate creative concepts for new collections and pieces based on seasonal trends, brand identity, and market demand.
- **Design Execution**: Produce detailed technical sketches ensuring they meet brand standards and are production ready.
- **Material Selection**:Choose appropriate materials, stones, and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic and quality standards.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and sales to ensure cohesive product launches and brand consistency.
- **Market Research**:Stay up to date on Jewelry and fashion trends, incorporating fresh ideas and market insights into the design process.
- **Quality Assurance**:Maintain high-quality standards in all designs, ensuring durability, comfort, and aesthetics in each piece.
- **Documentation and Communication**:Prepare and maintain clear design documentation for each piece, including technical drawings, material specifications, and instructions for production teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related fie[d (preferred but not mandatory with adequate experience).
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in Jewelry design, with a strong portfolio showing previous work.
- Strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and metals, and their properties in Jewelry design and production.
- Excellent visualization skills with a high degree of creativity and artistic ability.
- Knowledge of current Jewelry trends, target demographics, and market demands.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
