**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging lectures, practical's, and training sessions in:

- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, VBA/Macros preferred)
- Tally Prime with GST and accounting modules
- Data Analytics using Power BI
- MIS Reporting and Systems Management
- Prepare and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in alignment with industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest software features and industry practices to keep course content current.
- Mentor students in projects, assignments, and career preparation.
- Collaborate with other faculty and administration in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and additional certification programs when required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Tally, Advanced Excel, or Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching or industry experience in relevant domains.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel (with advanced functions), and hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime & GST.
- Experience in data analytics and reporting using Power BI.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt teaching methods to suit student needs.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards continuous learning and development.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in online/digital teaching tools is a plus.
