**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Connect with local and global suppliers to procure rate sheets and handle escalations.
- Ensure rate coverage and rate density across services for Ocean and Air freight, locals, haulage and other surcharges.
- Manufacture and maintain prices for all services on Cogoport platform.
- For Team Leads - Suggest and recommend changes needed in the product to optimize the rate and price management process.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Educational Background**: Minimum graduate/diploma in any stream. CSE/B.Tech preferred.
- ** Work Experience**: Having 0-3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics or any industry.
- ** Must Have Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- able to conceptualize, organize, simplify, and execute.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate well with various internal and external stakeholders.
- ** Things that make a difference**:

- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end: building out timelines, key milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specs.
- Multi-tasker who can work with little supervision with a high attention to detail.
- Above-average time management and organizational skills.
