**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and processing backend operations, including data entry and database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Prepare and maintain reports, tracking performance metrics and operational efficiencies.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Support the implementation of new systems and technologies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to team meetings, providing insights and suggestions for process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a backend or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
