The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing Interior Project activities at the site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and workers while maintaining quality and safety standards for an Interior Turnkey Projects company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per project plans and specifications.
- Monitor workforce performance and ensure efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure construction work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and coordinate necessary corrections.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers follow proper procedures.
- Conduct site safety briefings and inspections.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Plan work schedules and assign tasks to workers.
- **Material Management**:

- Monitor material usage and ensure the availability of required construction materials.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material delivery.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and labor attendance.
- Report project updates to senior management.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and resolve any issues related to site work, resources, or project delays.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. ITI/Polytechnic in Civil.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Work Conditions**:

- Site-based role with exposure to outdoor construction environments.
- May require travel between project sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,538.20 - ₹35,000.00 per month
