**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Plan and execute fishing operations efficiently to maximize catch while adhering to sustainability guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate daily activities to ensure optimal site performance.
- Coordinate logistics, including vessel movements, unloading, and transport of catch.
- **Crew Supervision & Leadership**:

- Manage and lead the fishing crew, ensuring proper roles and responsibilities are assigned.
- Conduct training and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Address personnel issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to national and international fishing regulations.
- Implement safety procedures and maintain emergency response readiness.
- Maintain proper documentation of catch reports, permits, and environmental impact records.
- **Equipment & Maintenance**:

- Oversee maintenance and repairs of fishing gear, nets, and vessels.
- Coordinate with mechanics and suppliers for timely servicing of equipment.
- **Financial & Resource Management**:

- Monitor fuel, bait, and other resources to minimize operational costs.
- Keep track of budgets and expenditures related to site operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Prior experience in purse seine fishing operations, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of fishing regulations, sustainability practices, and maritime safety protocols.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with fishing equipment maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work in demanding conditions at sea or remote sites.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in marine operations, fisheries management, or related fields.
- Experience in GPS navigation, weather forecasting, and fisheries technology.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
