The opportunity

We are looking for a full-time transport help desk operator in Hyderbad.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Arranging pickup & drop service.
- Ensuring routing and tracking.
- Handling MIS reports.
- Resolving employee’s queries.
- Maintaining of all transport records.
- Tracking of vehicles on day-to-day basis.
- Checking and verifying of all invoices received from vendors.
- Maintaining month end & daily reports.
- Ensuring vehicle audits and route allocations to the vendors.
- Preparing roasters.
- Ensuring legal and other requirements compliance related to transport operations.

About you

You have minimum high school diploma and/or higher degree. You have experience working in transportation filed. You have strong working relationship with business to support the operations. You are familiar with topography of the city.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
