Job Summary:
1. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with relevant experience in pharma sales to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales support to existing clients.
- Identify and target new customers in the pharmaceutical distribution sector, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and wholesalers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Promote the company's product portfolio, highlighting key features, benefits, a differentiators.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitabilit
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Educate clients on new products, promotional offers, and updates within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Market Research & Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the sales management team.
- Product Knowledge & Training:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas represented.
- Attend training sessions, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on industry regulations, product innovations, and market dynamics
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related fiel
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, or a related field (2-3 yea preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory. Preferred Skills:

- Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or working with wholesalers.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
