- Enforcing adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Communicating with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues.
- **Budget Management**:

- Monitoring project costs to ensure the budget is adhered to.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Addressing technical and logístical issues that arise during the project.
- Suggesting improvements or alternative solutions to challenges.
- Key Skills for a Site EngineerStrong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
- Proficiency in using project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.

- Preparing daily/weekly reports for project managers or clients.
