Job Description: Experienced Receptionist/Office Executive

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Answer and direct phone calls

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Schedule and manage appointments

Administrative Tasks:
Assist with general office administration, including filing, photocopying, and scanning

Prepare and maintain office records and documents

Assist with data entry and report generation

Manage office supplies inventory

Client Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Assist with client appointments and meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or Office Executive

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Positive and professional demeanor

Real estate industry experience (preferred but not mandatory)
