**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize lateral flow membranes, conjugate pads, sample pads and other assay components to enhance sensitivity, specificity and performance.
- Investigate novel printing techniques (e.g. inkjet, screen, flexographic) for depositing functional inks and materials to create printed sensors and assays.
- Characterize printed sensors and lateral flow strips using various analytical techniques.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to transition research concepts to product development.
- Assist in writing proposals for government grants and industry partnerships.
- Mentor junior technical staff and provide training.

Qualifications:

- PhD in Science or related field with 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with lateral flow immunoassay development.
- Experience with printed electronics/sensors technologies like inkjet, screen or flexographic printing.
- Skilled in analytical techniques like microscopy, spectroscopy, electrochemistry etc.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and desire to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong oral/written communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
