Skills required:
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Computer knowledge
- Min 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Daily activities
- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc
- Mail communication and record maintenance
- Liaising with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
- Communicating with Clients
- Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation (Both Soft and Hard Copy)
