**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on forex trading strategies, market analysis, and trading platforms.
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to new and experienced traders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the forex market to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a forex trader or trainer, with a deep understanding of forex markets and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach them effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using trading software and tools.
- Certification in financial markets or trading (preferred).
- Open for Travel

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
