**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Communication & Product Understanding Tasks**:

- Understand and clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Assist walk-in or referred clients by identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Present products in a persuasive manner using active listening and value-based selling.
- Provide support in product trials, demos, or onboarding activities as needed.

**Client Engagement & Relationship Management Tasks**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs.
- Maintain a friendly and solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions.

**Target Achievement & Market Awareness Tasks**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs as set by the management.
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and market trends to better serve clients.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- Adapt sales techniques based on customer behavior and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand product offerings and communicate value effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing multiple customer interactions.

**Pay**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
