4. Air Conditioning: - Types of AC:

- Types of common complaints:

- Corrective action

5. Knowledge of documents to be maintained in a building:

- 6. Types of NOC, Government approvals required at site:

- Others:

- 1. Willing to work anywhere in India

2. Working knowledge of computers( doing mails)

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
