User Research Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points specific to enterprise SaaS solutions. Utilize findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions for enterprise dashboards. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

UI/UX Design: Develop and maintain a consistent and appealing user interface design that aligns with our brand identity and meets the unique needs of enterprise users. Ensure the user experience is seamless, efficient, and engaging.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions. Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, with a focus on enhancing developer productivity.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes. Analyze results and make data-driven design improvements.

Design Systems:
Contribute to and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all enterprise SaaS products. Advocate for design best practices and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the enterprise SaaS industry.

**Education**:
Bachelor s degree in technology is strongly preferred

**Additional Information**:

- Tools:
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
- Skills:

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Previous experience in building user templates with predefined rules
- Strong understanding and experience in presenting various information details as Dashboards

Communication:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

Adaptability:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
