- **Research**:

- Undertake research projects, present papers, and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, and FDPs.
- Guide students in action research and dissertations.
- **Administrative**:

- Assist in NAAC/NCTE-related documentation and compliance.
- Participate in institutional committees, events, and community outreach.
- Maintain student records, attendance, internal assessments, and reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
