Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality IELTS and PTE training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Develop and customize training materials and lesson plans to meet the specific needs of students.
- Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses through diagnostic tests and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Provide guidance on test-taking strategies, time management, and stress management.
- Offer counseling services to address students' academic and personal challenges, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback and motivation.
- Stay updated with the latest test formats, updates, and industry trends.
- Maintain records of student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve the training program.
**Requirements**:
- Certification in IELTS and PTE training.
- Proven experience (at least 1.5 years) in teaching IELTS and PTE with a track record of successful student outcomes.
- Background in counseling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online training platforms.
