Responsibilities:
Craft high-end chocolates, truffles, and pralines.

Innovate with flavors, textures, and artistic designs.

Ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency in production.

Train and guide junior chocolatiers.

Collaborate on seasonal and custom product development.

Requirements:
2+ years of professional chocolate-making experience.

Strong skills in tempering, molding, and decoration.

Culinary certification or specialized training preferred.

Creativity, precision, and leadership abilities.
