**Job Title**: Receptionist - Front Office Executive

**Salary**: 20,000 to 30,000
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the front desk and lobby area
- Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings and administrative tasks
- Assist in travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and office supplies inventory
- Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation support
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (Freshers welcome)
- Good communication skills in English and regional language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
**Preferred**:
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or corporate setup
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, EPABX, etc.)
