**Role & Responsibilities**
- Specialize and handle sales for automotive vehicle parts and accessories.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to increase sales.
- Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Attend and listen to customers’ sales enquiries and provide solutions to their needs for car accessories and parts.
- Explain the benefits of aftermarket accessories to customers.
- Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support.
- Keep abreast of new and latest automotive products and accessories.
- Maintain and manage in-house accessories inventory.
- Liaise and update the Service Advisors on the latest accessories and pricing.
- Engage with distributors at the dealership on discounts and rebates based on performance quotas.
- Work with designers to develop marketing materials.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent or any relevant working experience.
- Enjoy talking to people.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Patience in dealing with customers and calls.
- Ability to handle sales targets and achieve KPIs within deadlines.
- Motivated and positive attitude.

**Good-to-Have**:

- 2-4 years of Car Accessories sales working experience
- Knowledge of social media marketing & managing online marketplaces.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
