Position Vacant: Deputy General Manager, Finance Department

1. Educational Background:

- A master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration

(MBA) with a specialization in finance.
- Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CFA

(Chartered Financial Analyst), or CMA (Certified Management

Accountant) would be highly advantageous.

2. Industry Experience:

- A minimum of 15-17 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years

in a leadership role, preferably within the automotive manufacturing

sector. Familiarity with the financial challenges and opportunities specific to the

automotive parts industry.

4. Skill Requirements

(Technical Skills)
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software, particularly

SAP or Oracle Financials.
- Understanding of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate

governance in India.

- Ability to align financial goals with the company’s long-term business

strategy.
- Experience in cost optimization, risk management, and investment

analysis to drive profitability.

(Leadership and Team Management)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of

- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure and

meet deadlines.

(Communication and Interpersonal Skills)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise

manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other

departments and external partners.

(Compliance and Ethical Standards)
- A strong understanding of and commitment to upholding financial and

ethical standards.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with all financial regulations,

including GST, corporate taxes, and other statutory requirements.

- Experience in leading or supporting financial transformation projects,

such as process improvements, technology upgrades, or restructuring

initiatives.

- Alignment with the company’s values and culture, with a focus on

integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

(Local Knowledge)
- Understanding of the local business environment in Noida and the

broader Uttar Pradesh region, including any specific financial challenges

or opportunities that may arise.

5.Job Description

・Overall Responsible for Finance Activity

・Co-ordination within Group Company

・Reporting to group CFO related to all finance activity

・Budgeting, Planning, forecasting and presentation to group CFO

・Various analysis related to Management reports

・Audit, Legal compliance and adherence, presentation to authority for legal

issue.

・Fund flow management, cash management.

・SOX Compliance for Finance and IT

6. Potential for Advancement:

- Demonstrated potential to grow into a General Manager role, depending

on the performance
- Ability to contribute to broader business strategies and take on cross
- functional leadership responsibilities in the near future.

7. Preference

to shift to Greater Noida
