We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-friendly **female receptionist** to be the face of our skin clinic. Whether you're a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, this role is ideal for someone passionate about customer care, skincare, and working in a professional aesthetic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing a warm, welcoming experience to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and manage front desk activities
- Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp or clinic inquiries, and schedule/reschedule appointments
- Coordinate with the doctor and clinic team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain records of client details, appointments, and daily walk-ins
- Guide patients on basic clinic services and ongoing offers or packages
- Handle billing and payment processes using clinic software or manual methods
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ambiance
- Support marketing efforts by keeping patients informed about new treatments and discounts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 1 year preferred
- **Language**: Good communication skills in English and local language (spoken and written)
- **Appearance**: Well-groomed and presentable with a pleasant personality
- **Working Hours**: Full-time, flexible with clinic hours

**Preferred Skills**:

- Confidence in handling client interactions professionally
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Interest in skincare, cosmetology, and aesthetic treatments is a plus
