Brand & Product Photographer

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Product and Brand Photographer to join our marketing team. As the Product and Brand Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase our products and embody our brand identity. Your stunning photography will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Photography**: Plan and execute professional product photography sessions for a wide range of products, ensuring images are visually appealing, well-lit, and showcase the product's features and details.
- **Brand Photography**: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity, style guidelines, and visual aesthetics. Create brand photography that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
- **Studio Setup**: Set up and manage photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and props, to achieve the desired composition and image quality.
- **Post-Production Editing**:Edit and retouch product and brand images to ensure consistency, enhance visual appeal, and meet the quality standards for various marketing channels.
- **Creative Direction**: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop photography concepts that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- **Location Photography**: Conduct on-location photoshoots for lifestyle images and brand storytelling, capturing images that evoke emotions and create a strong connection with our audience.
- **Image Management**: Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring that images are appropriately labeled, tagged, and accessible to team members as needed.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about photography trends, best practices, and competitor visual strategies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure photography aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand consistency.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all photography adheres to our brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of image quality, resolution, and technical accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- **Professional Photography Experience**: Proven experience in product and brand photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both studio and on-location settings.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in operating professional photography equipment, including DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- **Creativity**: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and conceptually, translating ideas into visually compelling images that reflect the brand's identity.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail in capturing and editing images to achieve a polished and professional result.
- **Brand Awareness**: Understanding of brand identity, marketing objectives, and the ability to translate brand values into visual storytelling.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple photography assignments.
- **Collaboration**: Strong teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to bring visual concepts to life.
- **Flexibility**:Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges and creative directions.
- **Bachelor's Degree**: A degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
