Responsibilities:
1. Create high-quality video lectures covering various biology topics included in the NEET syllabus.

2. Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive video content that explains complex biology concepts and problem-solving techniques.

3. Design lesson plans and course outlines for video lectures, ensuring effective coverage of the NEET biology curriculum.

4. Use visual aids, animations, illustrations, and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience and make the content more engaging and understandable.

5. Break down challenging topics and biological processes into step-by-step explanations, providing clear examples and illustrations.

6. Develop practice exercises, quizzes, and assignments to reinforce learning and assess students' understanding of the material.

7. Collaborate with content developers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure the production of high-quality video content.

8. Stay updated with the latest NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and question formats to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the video lectures.

9. Analyze student feedback and engagement metrics to continually improve the video content and address areas of confusion or difficulty.

10. Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices, discuss teaching strategies, and provide support to students through online platforms.

Qualifications:
1. A master's degree or higher in Biology or a related field.

2. In-depth knowledge of the NEET syllabus for biology, including the specific topics and question patterns.

3. Previous teaching experience in coaching or mentoring students for NEET biology or similar competitive exams.

4. Strong expertise in advanced biology concepts covered in the NEET syllabus, including cell biology, genetics, ecology, physiology, and plant biology.

5. Proficiency in explaining complex biology concepts in a clear and concise manner suitable for video lectures.

6. Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage students and effectively convey biology ideas through videos.

7. Familiarity with educational technology and video production tools to create high-quality video content.

8. Ability to break down complex topics and provide logical explanations with real-world examples.

9. Strong organizational skills to manage video production timelines and ensure the timely delivery of content.

10. Passion for teaching biology and helping students succeed in the NEET examination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
