Experience : 2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Collaborate with senior architects in developing architectural designs for various projects.
- **Drafting**: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- **Research**: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to support design decisions.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and present design proposals.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- **Documentation**: Assist in preparing project documentation including design presentations, specifications, and construction drawings.
- **Quality Control**: Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
- **Site Visits**: Visit project sites to observe construction progress and address any design-related issues.
- **Learning and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior architects.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings and documents.
- **Time Management**: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies in the field of architecture.
- **Professionalism**: Professional demeanor and commitment to upholding ethical standards in architectural practice.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and technical skills is preferred.
