**Backoffice & Admission Counseling**
- Make calls to prospective students and parents to discuss our educational programs and answer any inquiries they may have.
- Provide detailed information about course curriculum, admission requirements, fees, and other relevant information.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels such as inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and inquiries in the CRM system & Excel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure a smooth admissions process for prospective students.
- Complete the Task assigned by Manager and other Seniors.

**Requirements**:

- Polite & Professional
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English
- Ability to effectively engage with prospective students and parents over the phone.

**Job Location**: Chitrakoot/ Ajmer Road

**Qualification**:BA/B.Com

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
