**Role**: IT intern, Trainee System Administrator

**Experience**:0 to 1 year

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated System Administrator Trainee to join our IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and network administration. The trainee will assist in managing hardware, software, and security protocols while troubleshooting technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS).
- Support network setup, troubleshooting, and security maintenance under senior guidance.
- Help monitor server performance, system logs, and backups to ensure uptime. Provide technical support to employees, resolving basic hardware and software issues.
- Learn and assist with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends, security threats, and best practices.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic Knowledge of IT Systems: Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, networking concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues.
- Decent Communication Skills: Ability to assist users and document technical processes.
- Willingness to Learn: A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

**Additional points**:
Initial 3 to 4 months of internship period followed by a full time position with 2 to 3 years of employment agreement.

Willing to work in rotational shifts and flexible to work from one of the Terralogic offices.

Can start immediately to 15 days max notice upon selection.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
