**Job Title**: Digital Intermediate (DI) Coordinator

**Job Location**: Prasad Studio, Chennai

**Job Overview**:
The **Digital Intermediate (DI) Coordinator** oversees the post-production process, ensuring the seamless flow of digital assets from editorial to color grading, visual effects, and final delivery. Acting as the central liaison between production teams, the DI Coordinator ensures project timelines, quality standards, and client specifications are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all digital intermediate processes, including color correction, visual effects, and final mastering.
- Manage workflow for digital assets, ensuring smooth transitions between stages of post-production.
- Coordinate with editorial, VFX, colorists, and technical teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables align with client specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to assets, software, and equipment.
- Maintain project documentation, including metadata, specifications, and delivery reports.
- Communicate progress and status updates to clients.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and collaborate with the team to meet project goals.
- Organize and archive digital assets, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices in digital intermediate processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of post-production workflows (color grading, VFX, mastering).
- Proficiency in software such as DaVinci Resolve, Avid, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple teams and projects.
- Attention to detail and expertise in handling large volumes of digital assets.
- Familiarity with metadata management, file organization, and digital formats.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in post-production, particularly in DI coordination or related roles.
