**Job Description**:
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and Product UI teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually stunning micro animations that align with the brand identity and product guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a library of animated assets for use across various platforms.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of animations into the product UI.
- Create storyboards and animatics to conceptualize animation ideas and present them for feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of animation projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics to enhance the visual appeal of our products.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Motion Graphics, Animation, Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics, preferably in a marketing or product-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
- Strong illustration and sketching skills to conceptualize animation ideas effectively.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous motion graphic projects and animations.
- Solid understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and how motion enhances the overall user experience is a plus.
