**Enterprise Applications team**

Within EA you will be part of Automation CoE which delivers Automation ensuring benefits to Nokia's Business Groups and Functions via Automation levers like RPA, Orchestration combined with intelligent algorithms, Data Processing (IDP - NLP), Intelligent Agents & Product specific automation (e.g. for SAP - Winshuttle); Automated Data Migration, among others.

Platform Expert Service Now is responsible for ServiceNow platform architecture & evolution, problem management, infrastructure interfacing, security & compliance assurance interfacing, release management support, automation devops enablement and non-IT community platform support

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the enterprise Service Management platform strategy in alignment with key stakeholder from Business groups and corporate functions
- Establish and manage platform architecture, platform upgrades and releases across the projects
- Establish and manage platform governance policies and processes and ensure technical governance is followed
- Responsible for ensuring that platform is always adhering to the IT security, compliance and data privacy policies
- Support Service Delivery lead in resolving platform specific issues and act as technical expert
- Collaborate with Platform Service Owner or ServiceNow Product organization on issues related to platform, new platform features and capability
- Design release management process to address agility needs of different project along with required governance in place.
- Participate in change management processes and ensure that set release management guidelines are followed by each change request,
- Design best practices, guidelines for Platform Usage, Pre-requisites for release management and solution design for building new solutions.
- Collaborate across multiple business groups or corporate functions to understand platform features needs, impact of simultaneous solution development across teams and ensure that development guidelines are followed.
- Collaborate with business to understand business needs, identify the platform capabilities to support the need and provide best fit solution
- Provide solutions designs for different project effectively utilizing different service now capabilities and produce relevant design documentation
- Ensures technical integrity, consistency and quality of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle
- Ensuring design is extensible across multiple projects. Conducting technical design reviews; auditing projects to ensure best practices are followed.
- Perform hands on development for specific solutions as and when needed
- Assist development and support team in resolving technical/functional issues/clarifications
- Keep eye on industry trends, new features on Service Now and evaluate possibilities to implement those based on needs
- Act as an administrator of platform to ensure governance across users, roles, licensing and ensuring right monitoring is in place

**Key Skills**:

- 10 to 12 years of experience in developing Service Now solutions.
- Minimum 4-5 year of designing and implementing solutions and detailed understanding of the relevant key technologies and managing the ServiceNow platform
- In depth understanding of Service Now Platform Architecture, data model, different functional modules, Workflow, Integration capabilities as well as security & compliance modules
- Good knowhow on Service Now ITSM, CSM, Custom Portals, SPM,
- Experience in designing & building complex apps utilizing App Engine along with Now Intelligence capabilities
- Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs
- Strong Experience in front ending client facing discussions and interfacing with Client Business and IT teams
- Experienced in working in dynamic environment where multiple teams are development solution on same platform
- Must have outstanding communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. This includes making presentations, leading technical discussions

**Education**:

- Bachelor/Master’s university degree in Engineering/Computer Science
