1. Front Desk Management:
- **Greeting Visitors**: Providing a warm and welcoming first impression to anyone entering the office.
- **Answering Phones**: Directing calls to the appropriate personnel or taking messages.
- **Maintaining the Reception Area**: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
2. Administrative Support:
- **Scheduling**: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and booking meeting rooms.
- **Mail and Packages**: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
- **Data Entry and Filing**: Maintaining records, databases, and files.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
- **Basic Clerical Tasks**: Assisting with tasks like photocopying, faxing, and typing
3. Communication and Customer Service:
- **Providing Information**: Answering inquiries from visitors and callers about the company.
- **Handling Complaints**: Addressing basic customer complaints or redirecting them to the appropriate department.
- **Professionalism**: Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
- **Supporting Other Departments**: Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- **Maintaining Confidentiality**: Handling sensitive information with discretion.
- **Problem Solving**: Being resourceful and proactive in addressing issues that arise.
- **Learning New Skills**: Staying up-to-date on office equipment and software.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
